Our Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic Syrup makes a clean and aromatic tonic. Perfect for mixing to create a dry, zesty drink with a gentle bitterness.
Filtered Water, Fairtrade Organic Cane Sugar, Cucumber, Lemongrass, Lemon zest, citric acid, natural flavours (contains quinine), rosemary.
How to mix:
Our syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.
Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.
Before opening, the bottle will be fine at room temperature.
Once open, store in the fridge. Use within approx. 30 days once open.
Pals since the 90s, Joe & Mike have shared years of questionable fashion choices and ridiculous business plans. After some dodgy batches and accidental fermentation we perfected our syrups for cocktails and sodas in our Wellington dive bar. In 2012 we started Six Barrel Soda Co., with a lofty mission to shake up a flat soft drink market with experimental flavours and a new level of quality.
Nowadays we’re still hand-making our soda syrups from scratch, with our small team, right here on Luke’s Lane in Wellington, with natural ingredients, fresh fruit, organic fair trade cane sugar and filtered water.
The rest of the World is catching on too, with our syrups and sodas now being enjoyed in Australia, the United States, Hong Kong, Canada, and more coming soon.
