Shipping within New Zealand:
Over the Dandelions endeavour to ship your order the next business day. North Island orders will take 1-2 business days to be delivered, and South Island orders will take 2-3 business days. For rural delivery please allow a little longer.

This means, if you order products from more than one brand you can expect a parcel to arrive from each brand, in the shipping timeframe detailed on each individual product.

Returns:
If you change your mind, Over the Dandelions can offer an exchange on items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Unfortunately, Over the Dandelions do not offer refunds on changes of mind or exchanges on sale items. Please contact hello@prizedlife.com to organise an exchange.
