Gentle plant-derived ingredients combine to leave your skin beautifully cleansed & moisturised. Preserved naturally with plant-derived skin-conditioning ingredients sodium levulinate & sodium anisate. Each ingredient has an EWG rating of one (the safest for our skin & the waterways).

Each bottle contains hand-squeezed virgin coconut oil sourced directly from Kampot, Cambodia. 100% of profit funds the sustainable development of poor communities in Kampot, & scaling Ethos so we can grow our social impact. We use glass for infinite recyclability & purity.

Dispense a single pump onto wet hands. Massage into a rich lather, then rinse off thoroughly with water.

Because this is a 100% natural hand wash, shake the bottle once in a while to avoid separation. Use the hand wash within 3-6 months of opening.

Wood wool used for packing is compostable untreated pine.

Behind the Brand

Ethos & Co

At Ethos & Co, we’re using skincare to create a better world. After working with some of Cambodia’s poorest communities, we saw an opportunity to help them sustainably develop through ethical trade.

We source village-raised coconuts direct from the tree, which are turned into uniquely fermented virgin coconut oil at source, creating fair-wage employment for local women.

In NZ, we make premium 100% natural-origin skincare products, using our signature coconut oil, hand-squeezed in time-honoured fashion, & scientifically proven high in antioxidant-rich polyphenols. Our products contain a gentle plant-derived preservation system (instead of synthetic preservatives), are pH balanced for skin health, & packaged in glass.

Profits fund regenerative tree-planting in Cambodia for future village income, while in NZ we’re helping replant waterways, & donating virgin coconut oil to families with premature babies to help care for their skin.
