Direction of use:
MISTS: Close your eyes and gently spray it over your head and/or body like a misty rain. Breathe deeply. Or spray the mist over a pillow (holding it 20 cm away from the pillow). Thanks to its natural composition, you can also use it as a mild perfume. Always shake before use.

ROLL-ONS: The key is to apply it onto your ‘pulse points’. These include – but are not limited to knees, elbows, collarbone, wrists and neck. Roll on the skin and massage until absorbed. Breathe deeply.
