Forty Thieves was started by founders Brent & Shyr in 2016; to create the most healthy and delicious nut butters in New Zealand. At the same time, we wanted to create a company that could better deliver and serve our country and community around us. This lead to four key values developed that drive all our decision making and these values have become even more important as we move from our humble beginnings at the farmers markets to selling in 400+ stores nationwide.

Thoughtful packaging ensuring a reduced environmental footprint by eliminating or minimising waste.
Workers are looked after, have working rights and are empowered. They are paid a living wage and/or fair prices for their products.
