The Prized Life Marketplace adapts to your location. If you are in Australia product prices will be listed in Australian dollars. If you are in New Zealand then product prices will be listed in New Zealand dollars.

At Prized Life you can place a single order with products from as many different brands as you would like. We keep it simple, there are no additional shipping fees or charges.

Each brand will fulfil their part of your order and send a parcel to you. As a result, you may receive multiple parcels from a single order.

Or, you can use our contact form and we'll get back to you through email. Alternatively you can email us directly hello@prizedlife.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Each product that offers different sizes, such as clothing and shoes, has a unique size chart link at the bottom of the product description. Here you can find the size details specific to the brand and product you are looking at.

It's a good idea to check sizing prior to ordering as we do not offer exchanges. If the product is eligible for return you can change for another size that way. The "Delivery/returns" section on each product description has information about returns.

Multi buy discounts are available on some products when you buy 2 or more of either a certain product or variant, or when you order multiple items from a collection or brand.

Each product will clearly tell you if there is a discount available by the "Add to cart" button and what products or brands are included in the offer. When you are ready to checkout, the Cart page will tell you on each eligible product that a multi buy discount is available / been applied.

Subscriptions are available on some products, allowing you to set up a recurring order as frequently as you need. If you're after a subscription more frequently than what is available, or a product that isn't set up for subscriptions at the moment, send us a message and we will do our best to help you.

If you have signed up for a recurring product subscription on Prized Life then shipping is automatically free on all future orders of that subscription.

All subscriptions can be managed in your "Account" page through the "Manage subscriptions" link. If you have any issues please contact us and we'll get them sorted.

If an item is made to order you will be able to find that out in the product information on each product page.


There will also be an estimated timeframe for the item to be made and, as a result, shipping and delivery will be after this timeframe.

We sure do! Prized Life Gift Cards are great for any occasion and can be purchased in a range of $ values. Gift cards can be used towards purchasing any products on the Prized Life website.

Prized Life is registered for GST in both Australia & New Zealand. Depending on what country you are located in when purchasing from the Prized Life Marketplace you will automatically be charged GST on your purchases. GST is 10% in Australia and 15% in New Zealand. Unless specified, all product prices are displayed as GST inclusive. Some items, such as fruit and vegetables in Australia, are GST exempt and will not contain GST on your invoice.

Some products are sold internationally between Australia and New Zealand and may have to go through customs on arrival. You are responsible for any additional customs and duty charges on orders made. If you would like to know more about the duties and taxes in your country, please check with your local customs office website.

Buy from as many brands as you want in one order and only pay $9 for shipping. If your total order value is over $85 then shipping is FREE!
If you have signed up for a recurring product subscription on Prized Life then shipping is automatically free on all future orders of that subscription.
At the moment Prized Life only ships to those living in Australia or New Zealand.

At Prized Life we sell products on behalf of brands, which means each product has it's own unique shipping terms based on how that brand operates. There are usually four types of delivery:

  • Standard domestic post 2-3 days
  • International post to Australia or New Zealand
  • Made to order
  • Backorder

On each product page next to the description, there is a tab called "Delivery/returns". Here, you can find the shipping information for each product you want to buy.


We recommend that you check out the "Delivery/returns" information on each product before purchasing.

At Prized Life we sell products on behalf of brands, this means that each brand you buy from will send you a parcel containing their item(s) in your order.

For example: if you place an order containing products from three brands, you will receive three or more parcels.

All orders are currently shipping on a regular schedule unless noted on the product page. Please be aware, due to Covid-19 you may experience a slightly longer than normal shipping timeline.

You will receive an email confirming your order with Prized Life, this will contain all products in that order.

Each Brand will receive your order and start fulfilling it based on their delivery terms, such as standard shipping, international shipping, made to order, or backorder.

As each brand ships their part of the order to you, you will receive an email confirming this and providing a tracking link.

You can log in to your "Account" page on Prized Life to see your past orders, or download Shop Pay on the app store for your mobile to easily track each of your orders.

Prized Life does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address at checkout.

1. Check your product is eligible for return
Check the product page for the "Delivery/returns" information to see if your item is eligible to be returned.

2. Item condition

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Our Brand's reserve the right to accept or reject any return according to their own returns policy.

3. Lodge a return through the Prized Life returns portal

It's easy to lodge a return, head to our returns portal to get started. You'll need your order number and email address/post code.

1. Once you're lodged your return application through our returns portal, we will your application alongside the brands returns policy to see if it meets their criteria.
- If the item is eligible for return, we will let you know via email how to return it and provide you with a shipping address. Please do not send any items back to Prized Life or brands unless your return application has been accepted.

- If the item is not eligible for return, we will let you know via email.

2. You will post the item back to the brands address we have provided. We recommend using tracked postage if applicable and sending us your tracking number so that our Prized Life team can follow up to ensure your return is being processed.

3. The brand will receive your return, check it is in original condition and satisfies their returns policy. They will make the final approval of your return at this point.

4. When your return receives final approval, Prized Life will refund the cost of the item, less shipping, to the payment method used to make the original purchase. We will send you a confirmation email of your refund.

We do not offer exchanges for products sold on the Prized Life Marketplace. If eligible, you can follow the returns process and purchase a replacement product through Prized Life.

Subscriptions are available on some products, allowing you to set up a recurring order as frequently as you need. Need to manage a subscription? No problem, follow the simple steps below.

  1. Log in to your Account: If you're on desktop click the "Account" button on the top right of the menu, and on mobile click on the menu button and "Account" at the bottom of the list.
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions" 
  3. Here you can:

  1. Edit the frequency of the subscription
  2. Update payment information, or

  3. Cancel the subscription for a product.


  1. Log in to your Account: If you're on desktop click the "Account" button on the top right of the menu, and on mobile click on the menu button and "Account" at the bottom of the list.
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions".
  3. Select the subscription you want to change.
  4. Under "Order frequency" click "Edit Frequency" and select from the options available

Each product has it's own option for how frequently it can be delivered, some products may only have one option e.g. monthly. If you'd like a custom delivery frequency contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the "Manage subscriptions" link located on your "Account" page.

Navigate to the subscription you want to cancel and select a cancellation date.

Depending on the product and subscription there may or may not be a few days notice required to cancel your order, this is to help brands prepare and fulfil all subscription orders without delay.

At Prized Life we get to know brands before they are listed on the marketplace and selectively choose businesses that align with the Prized Life mission and values.

Brands may have products with different values within their collection, depending on the individual characteristics of each product.

To be listed on the Prized Life Marketplace products must satisfy at least three of the ten Prized Life values. Some Brands will have official certification for their value, such as Certified Organic. Other Brands may still meet values but not have a certification, such as a family owned business in New Zealand being classified as ethically made.

The Prized Life Marketplace is for brands located in, or selling to, Australia and New Zealand.

Brands must satisfy at least 3 of our 10 Prized Life values to be considered for the Prized Life Marketplace. Each of your products must meet a minimum of 3/10 values. You can learn about our values here.

We keep fees simple at Prized Life.

1. Flat commission rate of 15% on all sales, which includes gst and merchant fees.

2. The Prized Life Partnership is a monthly membership fee to be listed on Prized Life. The cost is $29 per month including gst. You must be a member to have your brand and products featured on the Prized Life Marketplace.
